The build-out of this 4,200 sf space in Union Square captured the essence of this high-end brand. The project featured a glass guardrail with a fabric infill that surrounded the mezzanine and continued down the staircase. Wall surfaces were finished with fabric panels, backlit stone, and custom cabinetry, requiring meticulous handling and coordination. The scope of work included demolition, structural modifications, fireproofing, waterproofing, and high-end finishes. The project was successfully completed with a dedicated construction team ensuring precise execution within the defined scope.
