The FactSet Tenant Improvement project at One Sansome Street, Suite 900, involved the reconfiguration of 5,124 square feet of ninth-floor office space to include a lounge, breakroom, flex spaces, conference rooms, phone rooms, and IDF and storage rooms. The scope included mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety upgrades under a deferred submittal, as well as finish updates such as new flooring, paint, and specialty installations. Completed on schedule, the project successfully modernized the space to meet FactSet’s operational needs while maintaining compliance with all building codes and design specifications.
