At Bulgari’s flagship buildout at 200 Grant Avenue, Singular Builders faced a unique challenge: how to construct a 12-foot-tall privacy barricade strong enough for San Francisco’s wind, fog, and foot traffic — without anchoring into the sidewalk or the century-old façade.

Singular Builders is leading the transformation of the Santa Sabina Center in San Rafael, our first comprehensive design-build project, for the Hoffman Institute. Originally constructed in 1939, the 26,000 sf property is being re-envisioned as a light-filled retreat center that blends preserved character with modern design.

Singular Builders is renovating a 1913 Victorian to create housing for the 3rd Street Youth Center & Clinic. The scope includes refurbishing the façade, repairing or replacing windows in line with historical guidelines, reconfiguring bathrooms for improved usability, and installing a fully equipped demonstration kitchen.
