The Santa Sabina Center renovation will transform the property into a welcoming retreat space for the Hoffman Institute, blending its historic character with modern design aesthetics. Singular Builders will provide design-build services for the architectural and layout elements of the project, ensuring a seamless integration of function and form. The scope will include reconfiguring guest and staff accommodations for improved accessibility, upgrading restroom and bathing facilities, renovating classrooms and breakout spaces, and implementing ADA-compliant pathways. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems will be modernized, along with enhancements to lighting, finishes, and structural components. Additional improvements will feature landscape upgrades and converting the Hermitage building into a functional accessory dwelling unit.
