Union Square Cafe

This project consists of a tenant improvement within an existing building to create a new cafe located on the Plaza Level at Union Square. The scope includes new non-load-bearing partitions, millwork, food service equipment, and a mechanical exhaust system, along with new interior finishes and terrazzo flooring. Existing plumbing and mechanical systems will be modified as needed to support the new cafe layout, and the existing gypsum board ceiling and soffit will remain with only minor modifications to accommodate the new fixture layout.
