Congregation Beth Sholom

The Congregation Beth Sholom Education Building Renovation Project includes the temporary reconfiguration of staff offices and meeting rooms to accommodate staff, students, and faculty during construction, followed by a comprehensive renovation of the existing education building. The work includes reconfiguration of ground-floor classrooms; construction of a new ground-floor lobby; new children’s restrooms on the ground floor and new restrooms on the second floor; installation of new egress stairs, accessible ramps, and a new elevator serving all floors; and improvements to building accessibility and circulation. Exterior work includes a new security gate, accessible ramps, planters, and landscaping at the 15th Avenue entrance; new landscaping at the enclosed front patio and central courtyard; new stairs and an accessible ramp connecting the education building to the existing second-floor plaza and the 14th Avenue public right-of-way; and new exterior stucco and doors.
