UC Berkeley Legends Aquatic Center

As part of UC Berkeley’s ongoing campus development, this project focused on preparing the Legends Aquatic Center site for the future construction of a new student housing facility. Working in collaboration with Clark Construction, our team executed a comprehensive scope of demolition and infrastructure upgrades to enable the next phase of development. The work included the removal of existing site furnishings and the strategic modification of on-site utilities. Critical system upgrades were completed across storm drainage, gas lines, electrical infrastructure, and the fire alarm system, ensuring the site is fully equipped to support future vertical construction.
