Telegraph Recovery Center

The property, at 3841 Telegraph Avenue, is a four-story, behavioral health recovery facility containing 109 beds located in Oakland, California. There are three levels of multi-occupant recovery dormitories, administrative offices, counseling rooms, community/dining rooms, medical assessment rooms, restrooms, kitchens and laundry facilities over a parking and commercial podium. The proposed building is 18,651 gross square feet on a 7,900 SF site bordered by Telegraph Avenue to the East and Apgar Street on the North. There are similar low-rise residential/ mix use buildings to the South, East and North of the property. The project includes full demolition of the existing structure on the site and the construction of a new four-story recovery facility. Work encompasses all associated building systems, site improvements, and required utilities to deliver the facility as designed.
