San Francisco Airport – Terminal 3 West

Work includes the partial demolition of the existing Secure Connector, the removal of two existing elevators, the relocation of affected utilities, and the installation of a new exterior wall to restore the building envelope in the demolished area. New structural elements will be provided to support the remaining Secure Connector and to accommodate a new elevator enclosure and connecting corridor. Two new elevators serving Level 2 and Level 3, along with a dedicated elevator control room, will be installed to restore vertical circulation within the Secure Connector. Scope also includes the addition of a new elevator, lobby, and corridor connection to Terminal 3 (International Terminal), drywall installation throughout, and the demolition and reinstallation of doors within the affected areas.
