The Rolex luxury retail store in San Francisco’s Union Square underwent a high-end tenant improvement build-out managed by Singular Builders. The project featured stone-surfaced walls, architectural lighting, and extensive millwork, all of which required careful sequencing and precise installation methods to align with the brand’s vision. The scope included demolition, structural modifications, fireproofing, waterproofing, and high-end finishes, ensuring that every detail reflected Rolex’s refined identity. Guided by plans from WZ Architecture, the project was completed on schedule with a dedicated construction team ensuring execution within the defined scope.
