The renovation of the Hoffman Retreat Center at Santa Sabina Center transformed the property into a welcoming retreat space for the Hoffman Institute, blending its historic character with modern design aesthetics. Singular Builders provided design-build services for the project’s architectural and layout elements, ensuring seamless integration of function and form. The scope included reconfiguring guest and staff accommodations for improved accessibility, upgrading restroom and bathing facilities, renovating classrooms and breakout spaces, and implementing ADA-compliant pathways. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were modernized, along with enhancements to lighting, finishes, and structural components.
