Marketing Associate

The Marketing Associate position involves creating visually engaging content for use on the website, social media, email blasts, and proposals. Responsibilities include preparing presentations for interviews, implementing effective marketing campaigns, and crafting compelling communications. This position requires thorough knowledge of design software applications such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Microsoft Suite (Office, Excel, Powerpoint) and similar tools to create high-quality visuals. Strong skills in collaboration to work with team members and our marketing consultant are also essential. This role is part-time and expected to expand into full-time employment.

Project Engineer

The position of Project Engineer will coordinate and oversee the flow of information to assist the Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager or Superintendent for the execution and completion of a construction project. This position will be a career growth development position in the field and the office on-the-job training to obtain the understanding of all phases of construction to develop into a Project Manager or a Superintendent role.

Project Manager

The Project Manager Position oversees the construction and delivery of construction projects and is the primary point of contact with the client. This also includes contract preparation, on-site coordination, quality control and all aspects of contract management. Project Managers communicate directly with subcontractors concerning project cost, staffing, and scheduling. They prepare project status reports to ensure plans adhere to contract specifications.

Superintendent

Superintendents are responsible for the overall safety of the project jobsite and must supervise the daily activity and operations on a construction jobsite. This position will work collaboratively with the Project Manager and focuses on supervising subcontractors, developing schedules for multiple trades, and planning the sequencing of work per the contracts and budgets. The Superintendent, with the Project Manager, is responsible for the satisfactory outcome of the project.
