The Singular Builders team was proud to attend the 2025 Women in Construction Conference in Sacramento as a Titanium Sponsor — marking our first year in attendance at this inspiring event.
Hosted by the Sacramento Regional Builders Exchange (SRBX) and the Construction Industry Education Foundation (CIEF), the conference brought together professionals from every sector of the construction industry — from general contractors and tradeswomen to students and union representatives — all united by a shared mission: empowering women to lead, build, and thrive.
The two-day program featured a motivational keynote from Captain Sandy Yawn, star of Below Deck Mediterranean, along with sessions led by industry leaders Julie Brown, Barb Allen, Judaline Cassidy, and Malia Cohen, California State Controller. Additional panels and workshops covered topics including leadership, mentorship, inclusion, mental health, and marketing — sparking conversations that continue to shape a more equitable future for construction.
Our team left the event inspired by the stories shared and the connections made, proud to support a community that’s not only building projects, but also building progress.
