On Thursday, October 22, 2026, members of the Singular Builders team attended the 2026 Silver SPUR Awards in San Francisco. Hosted annually by SPUR, the event brings together business, civic, and community leaders to recognize individuals whose leadership and contributions are helping shape a stronger, more equitable, and sustainable Bay Area.
This year’s honorees included David A. Friedman, Connie Martinez, William A. Witte, and Speaker Emerita Nancy Pelosi, each recognized for their lasting contributions to the region through leadership, public service, philanthropy, and community development.
For the second consecutive year, Singular Builders was proud to support the event as a Cornerstone Sponsor, reaffirming our commitment to organizations working to strengthen the communities where we live and build. SPUR’s dedication to advancing thoughtful urban planning, sustainable development, housing, transportation, and regional resilience closely aligns with our belief in creating lasting value through the built environment.
The Silver SPUR Awards offered a meaningful opportunity to celebrate the individuals driving positive change throughout the Bay Area and connect with fellow industry and community leaders who share a vision for the region’s future. We are grateful to SPUR for its continued leadership and proud to support its mission.
