The scope included demolition, structural modifications, fireproofing, waterproofing, and high-end finishes, ensuring that every detail reflected Rolex’s refined identity. Guided by plans from WZ Architecture, the project was completed on schedule with a dedicated construction team ensuring execution within the defined scope.
