Sandy Tatum Learning Center

Singular Builders served as the General Contractor for the Sandy Tatum Learning Center, a new classroom facility supporting First Tee’s youth development program at Harding Park, San Francisco’s only city-owned public golf course managed by the PGA Tour. This public-private partnership between First Tee and SF Recreation & Parks brings a dedicated space for after-school programming, featuring a hitting bay with garage doors for indoor/outdoor golf swing practice, STEM classrooms, flexible learning areas, office spaces, and restrooms. Designed to foster skill development and education, the facility provides a dynamic environment where young participants can build confidence, resilience, and a lifelong connection to the sport.
