Singular Builders is delighted to announce the completed renovation of San Francisco’s Huntington Hotel, a project Singular Builders executed in partnership with Build Group. Perched atop Nob Hill, the iconic hotel has been a symbol of the city’s thriving social scene since it opened as a hotel, restaurant, and spa in 1924.

Montgomery Village is emerging as one of the Bay Area’s most vibrant retail destinations, with new premium brands and revitalized public spaces transforming the community hub. Our recent site improvements helped support this major evolution.

Our team gathered at Old Ship Saloon for a night of great food, festive sweaters, photo booth fun, and plenty of holiday cheer. It was the perfect way to celebrate our accomplishments and close out another successful year together.

Arc70, designed by Atelier Cho Thompson and built by Singular Builders, was selected as an Editors’ Pick in The Architect’s Newspaper’s 2025 Best of Design Awards for Interior—Workplace (Small).

Our team joined industry peers at City of Hope’s 14th Annual Bike to Hope, raising funds and awareness for cancer research and treatment. 🚴‍♂️💙
