With over 18 years of experience spanning ground-up residential development, high-rise mixed-use construction, and historic seismic retrofits, Sarah brings a strategic, results-driven perspective to every project she leads. Her career trajectory, from Assistant Project Manager to Senior Project Manager and Director of Business Development, has given her a rare ability to bridge field execution and high-level client and stakeholder strategy, driving growth and delivery at every phase. Most recently, she led business development efforts that secured nearly $600M in new work, including an $185M project – the firm’s largest to date – and its first multi-family construction value. She led cross-functional teams of 75+ professionals on landmark San Francisco developments, including a 777-bed student housing project and a downtown high-rise mixed-use tower.
