Morgana Burrows is an experienced Senior Human Resources Professional with over 30 years of experience in all facets of HR. With expertise in various industries, Morgana specializes in Investigations, Employee Relations, Training, and Recruiting.
While in college in Central NY, Morgana received her Bachelor’s in business management in 2007 from the University of Phoenix. She is a strong proponent of continual learning and strives to stay current with all workplace trends and changes to employment laws and how these may impact businesses and clients. When managing people and recruiting for a variety of positions, she follows Richard Branson’, Founder – Virgin Group, and his take on team members. As he always says: If you take care of your employees, they will take care of your customers. Or, as a friend of Richard’s paraphrased it to him recently in Canada: “Hire great people and get the heck outta their way!”
