A graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a degree in construction management, Miguel has always been fascinated by how things fit together. His previous 5+ years in construction have allowed him to wear many hats, from Assistant Project Manager to Superintendent, with a range of responsibilities including expediting plan review and running inspections in the field. Having seen numerous projects from start to finish from many different roles makes Miguel an extremely versatile member of the Singular team.
As an Estimating Project Manager for Singular’s new Self-Perform Division, Miguel puts his extensive experience to work, reviewing drawings, pricing out materials and staff, and then managing awarded projects. He loves the degree of detail that’s involved in the Self-Perform side, and the diverse challenges that come up every day: “I aspire to be a Swiss Army Knife in the construction field.”
