Matt brings nearly 25 years of construction experience, with a career that has progressed from Journeyman Carpenter and Foreman to Superintendent. His extensive field background has given him hands-on expertise across ground-up construction, complex tenant improvements, corporate interiors, and mixed-use and multifamily developments throughout the Bay Area.
Throughout his career, Matthew has led projects ranging from high-end corporate interiors to large-scale, ground-up residential developments exceeding 100,000 square feet. His experience includes wood-frame construction, underground garages and landscaped podiums, retail and community spaces, accessibility improvements, and projects adjacent to historic structures. He has also managed complex renovation work requiring continuous, 24-hour construction schedules.
Prior to his career in construction, Matt served in the United States Army, bringing a foundation of discipline, leadership, and teamwork that has carried throughout his career in the field.
