Matt Mayoya is a Northern California native who began his career on the design side of construction, earning a BA in Architecture from UC Berkeley before working with a range of Bay Area design studios. His transition into construction sparked a lasting passion for the built environment and a hands-on approach to project execution.
Matt’s experience spans a variety of project types including higher education facilities, convention centers, sports complexes, hotels, and mid-rise multifamily affordable housing—with a recent emphasis on modular construction. At Singular Builders, Matt supports current project delivery while also helping to grow the firm’s multifamily portfolio and client relationships.
