Jessica holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science from California State University, Sacramento. She brings more than 22 years of experience in business and workplace operations, with a background spanning architecture, engineering, construction, and commercial real estate industries.
Throughout her career, Jessica has led workplace and business operations for large, fast-paced organizations, overseeing facilities management, budgeting, vendor partnerships, administrative teams, employee experience, project administration, and executive support.
Jessica also brings extensive experience in contract administration, financial oversight, process improvement, and commercial real estate, giving her a well-rounded perspective that aligns closely with the work we do at Singular. Beyond her professional experience, she currently serves on the Housing Action Coalition Board, continuing her involvement in the Bay Area’s housing and development community.
