Jeffrey Ravenscraft

Jeffrey Ravenscraft is a Project Superintendent at Singular Builders with a background that spans office-based engineering, field leadership, and subcontractor operations. He earned a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware and began his career at Whiting-Turner, where he worked both in the office and in the field to develop practical construction experience.

Jeffrey relocated to the Bay Area to work on the ChEM-H Building at Stanford and has since built his career locally. Most recently, he spent five years growing Madrone, a demolition and concrete subcontractor, where he oversaw operations, managed heavy estimating workloads, prioritized waste diversion, and developed a furniture donation program. He previously served as a Superintendent with GCI General Contractors.

At Singular, Jeffrey brings a well-rounded perspective and a commitment to continuous learning, collaboration, and delivering projects with efficiency and enthusiasm.
