Jason Bolduc discovered his passion for building early through residential remodeling, setting the foundation for a lifelong career in construction. He joined the Carpenters Union in 1998, where he developed into a skilled General Foreman, managing large-scale, complex projects including ground-up builds, schools, healthcare facilities, life science campuses, and landmark projects such as Apple’s Cupertino Headquarters.
In 2012, Jason transitioned into project management and became a Superintendent in 2015. He now specializes in high-stakes, technically demanding projects, with extensive experience in healthcare, life science, and tenant improvement (TI) construction. Known for his hands-on leadership style, Jason takes pride in ensuring every detail contributes to successful project delivery.
Outside of work, Jason enjoys outdoor adventure and family time—often found backpacking, riding his motorcycle, or cheering on his children in competitive gymnastics and soccer.
