Hiromi’s career spans 18 years in construction finance, including 15 years as Assurance Senior Manager at Moss Adams LLP and three years as Principal at Clifton Larson Allen. Her extensive experience in accounting, auditing, and financial reporting allows her to provide insightful advisory services to C-suite executives, helping them navigate industry challenges and market changes. Hiromi is deeply committed to staying at the forefront of construction industry developments as an active member of the Northern California Engineering Contractors Association and the Northern California National Electrical Contractors Association, where she frequently participates in events and fosters client relationships.
