Guillermo Banuelos began his career in 1988 hanging sheetrock with his uncle—a hands-on start that inspired a lifelong dedication to the construction industry. In 1992, he joined the Lathers Union, contributing to major projects including airports, libraries, universities, hospitals, and labs. His field experience spans framing, lathing, welding, layout, and DFH work, giving him a strong foundation in both craft and coordination.
Transitioning into project management in 1998, Guillermo has since managed a wide range of tenant improvement (TI) projects across healthcare, tech, life science, and corporate office sectors. With over three decades of industry experience, he brings exceptional technical expertise and leadership to every project, along with a passion for mentoring emerging professionals.
Outside of work, Guillermo enjoys time with his family and his Rottweiler, Apollo. He’s an avid outdoorsman who loves camping, fishing, and maintaining his freshwater and saltwater aquariums.
