Eduardo Pérez is a Senior Estimator at Singular Builders with a strong blend of construction expertise and strategic business insight, holding an MBA from the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business with concentrations in Real Estate Finance and Development, along with a Civil Engineering degree from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey.
Eduardo has led preconstruction and estimating efforts on complex multifamily, affordable housing, hospitality, and commercial developments valued from $80M to over $650M, overseeing budgeting, GMP development, subcontractor bidding, feasibility analysis, and value engineering. His background also includes hands-on field leadership, founding an energy-efficiency home services startup, and obtaining his California General Contractor (B) license. With his data-driven approach to cost modeling and collaborative project planning, Eduardo will play a key role in delivering accurate estimates and supporting successful project outcomes for our clients.
