Bubby Mroskey

Bubby holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering with a concentration in Construction Management from Pennsylvania State University. He is a LEED Accredited Professional, Engineer-in-Training (EIT), OSHA 30-Hour Certified, and holds an Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) certification.

With 20 years of experience in construction, Bubby brings a depth of expertise spanning historic renovations, seismic retrofits, tenant improvements, educational facilities, and large-scale new construction across the Bay Area. He has extensive experience serving as the day-to-day point of contact for owners and design teams, overseeing multiple project teams to ensure schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met. His portfolio includes projects such as a $140 million confidential office headquarters in Jackson Square, a $24 million K-12 academic and athletic building, a $23 million Meals on Wheels industrial kitchen facility, and numerous other landmark projects throughout San Francisco.
