He has managed project portfolios ranging from single assignments worth hundreds of thousands of dollars to multi-project portfolios exceeding $1 billion, including landmark developments such as Plumbers Hall, 1100 Clay Street, and the Moynihan Train Hall project. Brian’s expertise spans month-end close processes, cash flow forecasting, WIP analysis, and financial audits, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving cost discrepancies to protect project budgets. He brings deep familiarity with industry-leading software platforms including Sage Timberline, Procore, CMiC, and Oracle, along with a strong command of construction law, lien policies, and GAAP standards. A skilled trainer and mentor, Brian has led and developed teams of project accountants while cultivating lasting relationships with clients, lenders, and project stakeholders.
