Alex Lolas is a detail-oriented and tech-savvy member of the estimating team at Singular Builders. He holds a BS in Sociology with a Minor in Computer Science from UCLA, and brings with him experience managing large-scale commercial and residential property accounts.
Prior to joining Singular, Alex worked closely with clients to manage project budgets, schedules, and expectations—skills he now applies to his preconstruction work. Known for his clear communication and analytical approach, Alex enjoys using his background in tech to automate workflows and make processes more efficient. His focus on accuracy and proactive problem-solving supports the successful planning of every project he touches.
