The FactSet tenant improvement at One Sansome Street reconfigured 5,100 square feet of ninth-floor office space to include a lounge, breakroom, conference rooms, flex spaces, and support areas such as IDF and storage rooms. The project included mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety upgrades under a deferred submittal, along with new finishes such as flooring, paint, and specialty installations. Completed on schedule, the renovation modernized the workspace to meet FactSet’s operational needs and design goals while maintaining full code compliance.
