This project entails mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety upgrades under a deferred submittal, along with finish updates such as flooring, painting, and specialty installations. Scheduled to commence in late July, the work aims to modernize the space to meet FactSet’s operational needs while adhering to building codes and design specifications.
