This project is a public/private partnership between the non-profit First Tee and SF Recreation & Parks. First Tee is a youth development program that combines golf with a life-skills curriculum to build inner strength, self-confidence, and resilience.
Singular is the General Contractor for the classroom building that will serve First Tee's youth after school program. This facility is new construction from the ground up at San Francisco’s Harding Park, the only city-owned public golf course managed by the PGA Tour. The Sandy Tatum Learning Center will feature a hitting bay with garage doors for indoor/outdoor practice and golf swing review, an indoor/outdoor area for learning, STEM classrooms, office spaces, and bathrooms.
