Singular Builders completed the renovation and reconfiguration of this 14,150-square-foot lab space, designed by Studio Bondy Architecture and finished in 2023. The project included upgraded MEP systems, reconfigured rooms, and new finishes throughout to support Myriad’s cutting-edge research environment.
