Myriad develops genetic screening and testing to help detect, treat, and prevent disease. Singular Builders completed the renovation and reconfiguration of this 14,150-square-foot lab space, designed by Studio Bondy Architecture and finished in 2023. The project included upgraded MEP systems, reconfigured rooms, and new finishes throughout to support Myriad’s cutting-edge research environment.
The feasibility study for a new 17-story mass timber housing project included analysis of innovative building systems and methods. Evaluation of several structural systems and prefabricated components led to an in-depth comparison of costs to determine the optimal building approach.
