Terry brings over 30 years of construction experience  to the Singular team. His strength as a leader on the job site is evident in the relationships he forges with clients, team members, and other key stakeholders. Terry's extensive experience with projects of all types and sizes has given him the versatility to successfully lead highly detailed building types and more complex structures.

Education: Sustainable Design and Construction Practices, San Francisco State University; CTCNC Superintendent/Leadership Training Program.

Certifications: LEED Green Associate; OSHA 30-Hour; General Contractor, State of California.

Affiliations: Member, Local 22 Carpenters Union.
