With experience in developing real-time cost forecasting models and KPI tracking systems, Ryan brings a thorough understanding of construction cost trends and project health metrics to Singular’s preconstruction process. His knowledge from historic project analyses spanning over a decade has informed his estimates for successfully awarded projects. Ryan is excited to leverage his experience in construction and building databases and systems integrations to propel Singular to the forefront of data-based estimating.

Education: Bachelor of Science, Business & Finance with a minor in Computer Science; NYU Leonard Stern School of Business, New York.
