Rose is a numbers person who loves building the systems that keep construction projects on track. With over two decades of experience in construction accounting, Rose builds construction accounting systems from the ground up to ensure that project accounts are organized, consistent, and accurate, and that all clients receive clean records of all of their project expenditures.

Over the years, Rose has developed a deep love for the construction industry and the collaboration that makes construction possible—from the field staff to the owners to the CFO. “Everybody is part of it, from the owner of the company to the entry level laborer, we’re all in it together,” explains Rose. “If everybody isn’t working together, it doesn’t get put together right.”
