Jesus brings an eye for detail and a love for the job to his work supervising laborers. Whether his team is grinding steel or painting an entry, Jesus is there to make sure the job is done safely and well. A 20-year veteran of the construction industry, Jesus always enjoys helping his team members improve their technical skills. He particularly appreciates the opportunity to exchange experience and information with members of different trades: “We learn a lot from each other.”
