Construction Manager
With two decades of experience in real estate development, Cedric oversees and manages project development, from feasibility and day-to-day project operations to cost estimates and project proformas. His work has ranged from the tenant-retailer side to the owner-developer side including Bay Street in Emeryville, Broadway Pointe in Walnut Creek, and Bay Fair Center in San Leandro. Cedric works closely with Singular’s clients, establishing strong working relationships with both public and private stakeholders.
