Singular Builders is leading the transformation of the Santa Sabina Center in San Rafael, our first comprehensive design-build project, for the Hoffman Institute.
Originally constructed in 1939, the 26,000 sf property is being re-envisioned as a light-filled retreat center that blends preserved character with modern design. The scope includes upgrading guest and staff accommodations, restrooms, and classrooms; implementing ADA-compliant pathways; modernizing MEP systems; and enhancing lighting, acoustics, and finishes. Exterior improvements include refreshed landscaping and converting the Hermitage building into an accessory dwelling unit.
By providing architecture, design, and construction as a fully integrated team, Singular is streamlining delivery, reducing costs, and maintaining quality throughout.
Thanks to our engineers, specialists, and partners for collaborating with us on this transformative project.
