The Marketing Associate position involves creating visually engaging content for use on the website, social media, email blasts, and proposals. This role may include some administrative work to assist with other office tasks. Role is considered an in office role.

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Graphic Design: Create visually engaging proposals and interview presentations in response to RFPs and RFQs. Work includes collaborating with our team and marketing consultant.
- Website: Update content of website as new projects start and complete construction.
- Social Media Marketing: Manage and cultivate our social media presence across platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn. Develop creative strategies to drive engagement and grow our followers.
- Email: Implement effective email marketing campaigns to reach our past and future clients.
- Copywriting: Craft compelling copy for social media posts, marketing materials, and other communications to effectively convey our vision and provide announcements on project milestones.
- Content Creation: Produce engaging content in various formats including photos and videos of work at job sites. Edit media to optimize for print and web.
- Event Planning: Event planning to include events such as: golf tournament, client/consultant happy hours, and more.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related area and/or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of work experience.
- Thorough knowledge of design software applications such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Microsoft Suite (Office, Excel, Powerpoint) and similar tools to create high-quality visuals.
- Strong skills to effectively produce visual materials that meet the requirements of proposals.
- Strong skills in collaboration to work with other team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Time and project management skills to effectively establish priorities and meet competing deadlines.
- Strong skills in interpersonal communications to interact effectively with a variety of clients, consultants, and staff.
- Experience with “storytelling” through photographs, videos, and writing.
- Knowledge of the construction industry a plus.
Additional Information
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000-$85,000/year
