Creg holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from San Francisco State University, along with a Journeyman-Level Carpentry certification from the Carpenter Training Committee for Northern California. He carries an extensive list of industry certifications, including OSHA 10 and 30, Concrete Formwork, Fall Protection, Blueprint Reading, and more.
With over 10 years of experience spanning union carpentry, affordable housing, and luxury commercial construction, Creg brings a hands-on, field-informed perspective to every project he touches. His career trajectory from Union Journeyman Carpenter to Project Engineer on projects totaling over $150 million has given him a rare ability to bridge the gap between the field and the office, driving quality and coordination at every phase. Most recently, he served as Project Engineer on the historic Huntington Hotel tenant improvement and a $120 million, 160-unit affordable housing development, where he led RFI and submittal management, QA/QC, subcontractor coordination, and closeout processes.
