Each year, The Architect’s Newspaper highlights exemplary design work across sectors and scales, celebrating projects that push boundaries and raise the bar for craft and innovation. Now in its 13th edition, the Best of Design Awards received a record number of submissions, making this recognition especially meaningful.
Located in Burlingame, California, Arc70 reflects a thoughtful collaboration between architect and builder, transforming an existing commercial space into a warm, functional, and highly detailed workplace environment. The project showcases Atelier Cho Thompson’s refined design vision alongside Singular Builders’ commitment to precision, material quality, and seamless execution.
