3900 3rd Street – In Progress
Singular Builders is renovating a 1913 Victorian to create housing for the 3rd Street Youth Center & Clinic.
The scope includes refurbishing the façade, repairing or replacing windows in line with historical guidelines, reconfiguring bathrooms for improved usability, and installing a fully equipped demonstration kitchen. Additional upgrades include refreshed finishes, modernized HVAC systems, and compliance with fire safety and accessibility standards.
Our self-performed carpentry and re-engineered seismic plan have kept the project moving while preserving the building’s original character, from its façade to the wood trim and staircase details.
