We’re proud to announce the completion of Breadbelly Bakery’s second San Francisco location at Pier 70, Building 12.
This working bakery required a full installation of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Sprinkler systems. Our team partnered with Brookfield Properties to ensure the commercial kitchen needs were met without reducing rentable tenant space. Leveraging our experience with the Port of San Francisco and Department of Health, we navigated permitting and inspection seamlessly.
In the Front of House, lime-wash walls, patterned tile, and a wood-toned ceiling cloud set the tone. Accents like a curvy batten wall in yellow and a custom vine fixture complete Breadbelly’s refined-casual aesthetic. The result is a project that combines technical execution with thoughtful design, delivering both function and atmosphere.
