David Antunovich

David’s journey in construction was inspired by his father, an architect, and his early work on Victorian homes. He began his career with bricklayers in Chicago but transitioned to working with wood houses in San Francisco, joining Local 22 as a carpenter. His experience across trades and cities has shaped his ability to think outside the box, get hands-on, and add a design flare. Notable projects such as the Clift Hotel, Hamlin School, and Jewish Museum challenged and refined his skills. Now in a leadership role at Singular Builders, David is focused on growing the company as both a business and a family. He believes success comes from working with good people and a dedicated team, emphasizing collaboration, mentorship, and a shared commitment to excellence. Passionate about his community, he is involved with Quesada Gardens and Glens/Elite Soccer Clubs and takes pride in working on projects with non-profits. His work is driven by curiosity, a hands-on approach, and a budget-conscious mindset. For David, the most rewarding part of his career is collaborating with others to bring ideas to life and leaving a lasting impact on the built environment.
