A long-time member of the Carpenters’ Union, Tehman has spent his career in the building trades, first in residential and then commercial building. He’s an expert in Layout – through which building blueprints and designs are transferred to the building site. Working with both General Contractors and subcontractors, Tehman has honed his eye for precision and his facility for creating shared space for all of the trades.
As a Superintendent, Tehman manages subcontractors and makes sure they adhere to safety rules, regulations and company policies. He oversees day-to-day operations, keeping subcontractors to the project schedule, budget and Singular quality standards. Tehman’s aptitude for building connections between people supports the team approach to projects and keeps them moving smoothly.
